I'm a leadership development junkie and have attended sessions by many facilitators. Brian from BLI introduced me to new concepts to expand what I thought was a full toolbox. Where he really shines compared to others is that he has a long career of experience and clients to pull from so he can provide real, concrete examples and applications of what he's teaching. He is able to take concepts from the theoretical and into the practical, even going so far as providing tactical solutions or strategies to use when working with teams.
